What we actually promise.

Every figure on this page is counted out of our own sales when you load it. Nothing here is a rounded number somebody typed in once. Where we have no policy, this page says we have no policy rather than borrowing a reassuring one.

Who holds the money, and who holds the card

This is the question every marketplace answers vaguely, so here it is flatly. There are two kinds of card on this site and the arrangement is genuinely different for each. The page you buy from tells you which one you are looking at, and so does your order.

Our supply record, including the misses

A shop that sources cards will sometimes sell one it then cannot put in the box. When that happens here the card goes onto a missing list, and every entry and exit is written to an append-only log in the same database transaction as the flag itself — so it cannot quietly leave. These are the numbers in that log, right now, for cards buyers have paid us for:

• 2,183 cards paid for.
• 2,106 supplied without ever going onto the missing list — 96.5%.
• 48 went missing and were re-sourced or found.
• 29 are still owed today (1.3%). If one of them is yours, it is on the list, and it is on this page.

Being precise about what that counts: it is our own channel's sales, not resales by affiliate channels, and it measures whether we could supply the card — not how fast. We do not publish a delivery-time figure, for the reason in the limits below.

Where the sold prices come from

The price guide is built from 646 of our own settled sales, covering 112 cards between 2026-07 → 2026-09. Nothing on it is scraped, converted from an overseas site, or taken from an asking price. Every figure is money that actually changed hands here.

A card is only published once it has sold at least 3 times, and cards whose collector number covers several different prints are withheld entirely — averaging those would produce a confident, wrong number. We show no star ratings and no reviews anywhere on this site, because we have none to show.

The terms an order actually runs on

Read out of the code that enforces them, not out of a policy document that may have stopped matching it.

• Cards held for 24 hours from placing the order, unpaid.
• If you upload proof of payment The hold extends to 48 hours while we look at it. Your cards are never released out from under a transfer we are still checking.
• Uploading proof does not mark you paid It files evidence and tells us. A human confirms the money.
• Cards per order Up to 20.
• Postage on our own stock S$3.50 flat per parcel, however many cards are in it. Or collect in person, free.
• Commission on a member's sale 0% — we take no cut of what a member sells for.
• Postage on a member's card S$3.50, stepping up to S$10 for registered post above S$500.
• Optional authentication S$10 per 5 cards, or 1% of the order, whichever is greater. The card comes to us, we check the slab and the cert, and the whole order leaves as one parcel. The box is never pre-ticked.

Selling here, and what a seller badge means

Every member listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live, because a listing gets a permanent page that Google indexes. A member may list between S$20 and S$20,000; above that we would rather have a conversation.

Sellers carry a fulfilment rate computed the same way this page computes ours — completed sales against sales the seller ended, with anything still in flight excluded and any cancellation we cannot attribute dropped from both sides rather than guessed at. Below 3 completed sales a seller shows New seller instead of a percentage, because a small denominator lies loudly.

No member card has sold here yet, so no seller carries a rate today. We would rather say that than show you a badge with nothing behind it.

What we do not claim

Other marketplaces publish these. We do not have them, so this page will not imply we do.

• No escrow. For a member's card we hold neither the money nor the goods. Read the second panel above again if that matters to you — it should.
• No dispute window. We have no published number of days in which to raise a problem, so we are not going to invent one. Tell us as soon as you can and we will deal with it.
• No delivery-time promise. Cards are sourced from overseas and the leg is genuinely long and variable. We record when a card is dispatched, but not well enough to publish an average we would be prepared to be held to.
• No guaranteed refund or return policy. What we actually do is replace, refund or chase, case by case. That is a practice with a good record behind it, not a right you are being granted here.
• No reviews and no ratings. We have never collected any. The numbers above are what we have instead.

Check any of it

Every graded card we sell is in a sealed grading company slab, PSA for the overwhelming majority, and you can put the cert number into PSA's own lookup before you pay a cent. The sold prices are all on the price guide. The rest of how this works is on the about page.
